Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson, a musician's daughter born in Mexico was born into an adored family of musicians. She spent the majority of her early years listening to classic music, boleros from the past, classic ranchero or romantic music, as well classic classical music. Ana loves tangos. She also loves operas, and every form of drama. When she was a child, her mother would sing with her and sister, she began more intense training in vocals at age 16 under the guidance by renowned Mexican tenor FlavioBecerra. In the School of Music of Guadalajara University as well as the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico furthered her education in music. She performed throughout Guadalajara, Mexico City and different cities when she was a young scholar and professional. When she moved into America, United States, she performed as a member of the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. After 2002, she made her way to Southern California. The singer currently sings classic Latin American songs at private events as a soloist. In addition to being a local performer and instructor, her love of art and music has her involved in a range of projects. Ana is also an ex-member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana is privileged to be able be able to share her love for the traditional Latin American music. She hopes to encourage younger generations to keep the tradition alive.
